OKay, one more time.
DON'T FORCE ANYTHING
DON'T FORCE ANYTHING
DON'T FORCE ANYTHING
Now the easy part.
The hammer spring and lanyard loop...

Put the spring over the hammer strut,
make sure that the strut is engaged in the center slot of the hammer

Like so.

Align the hammer spring with the hole at the top of the lanyard loop block
as the lanyard block is inserted in to it's receptacle in the grip.

Push up LIGHTLY on the lanyard loop block and work the hammer.
DO NOT FORCE
If the hammer binds, the hammer strut is not lined up correctly,
try aligning the hammer strut again.

Now press the lanyard block all the way in and install the pin,
It should just slip in place with almost no force required...
And, it's easier to do this step with the hammer down....
Then install the slide assembly.
Uh, you did LUBED it didn't you ?
No loose pieces left on the bench ?
Excellent !
Dry fire it a few times.
If nothing is missed or broken, the gun should be 100% functional.
Take it to the range and test it out.
Do I need to mention that you should load only 2-3 rounds in the first magazine ?
